That title can take you to a lot of places. This blog is sort of about exercise after all. One part exercise, nine parts goofiness. But today, it's all about hair styling. So think hair double buns, not the other kind.
I thought it would be easier to show you how I create my double buns and get them to stay solid during a marathon. So here is the masterpiece, take 500 (I wish I was kidding). My husband watched it and said I was too enthusiastic, but he works at a bank and maybe would have preferred a pie chart about double buns instead. Either way, it got too dark outside to do take 501, so we're stuck with too enthusiastic and super awkward.
